Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data architectures
- Translate business requirements into efficient data solutions
- Drive data governance, quality, security, and compliance
- Develop and maintain data models and architectural documentation
- Lead and mentor data engineers and junior architects
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
- Optimize performance and reliability of data platforms
Key requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in data architecture or data management
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong expertise in data modelling, integration, and governance
- Hands-on experience with cloud, data warehousing, and big data platforms
- Familiarity with TOGAF and ArchiMate
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
