In this role you will lead and support SAP-based operations, focusing on data governance and process management to safeguard data quality. You will coach the OPS Data & Process Governance Deliver Team and collaborate with IT, development, and business units to implement policies and drive improvements. You will manage system administration, user access, and issue resolution while ensuring global end-to-end processes. You will train staff and produce documentation to embed governance practices across the organisation. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape data and process excellence at a premier global brand.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures; monitor data quality and ensure data consistency across departments; conduct audits for compliance.
Lead and coach the OPS Data & Process Governance Deliver Team; provide SAP support across modules, troubleshoot tickets, and drive system enhancements with IT and development teams; manage user accounts, access control, and system configuration.
Ensure global end-to-end processes and maintain data quality within systems.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on governance initiatives, and negotiate alignment of policies across teams.
Create and maintain documentation; deliver training on data governance and SAP systems; develop user guides and support materials.

Key requirements

Leadership experience as a Team Lead or SAP system expert with a focus on SAP
Proven experience in SAP Systems and Operations processes; SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules
Strong understanding of process management and data governance principles
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ITSM, ARIS
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to collaborate across departments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English; German skills beneficial
Travel 10-20%
