Responsibilities

Lead large contractor engagement or a major segment of a complex program.
Translate client business requirements into formal solutions and manage end-to-end delivery.
Oversee risk, issue, and stakeholder management; ensure high-quality results within constraints.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and Microsoft for seamless integration and delivery.
Manage planning, execution, and closing of project phases, from RFP to final delivery.

Key requirements

Extensive CCaaS contact center implementation experience (IVR, CTI, Chat, integration).
Experience deploying Dynamics 365 in complex, global multi-geo environments.
Strong ability to identify program risks and interface with vendors (Microsoft and others).
Experience with Avaya, Genesys or CTI platforms is a plus.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end D365 Contact Center projects.
