Senior Specialist / Project Manager

Experteer Overview

In this role you will guide the strategy, discovery, and implementation of enterprise business applications (ERP, CRM, HCM) for mid-market clients. You’ll work within the EBA team to map current processes, design future-state options, and manage implementation programs that drive efficiency and business value. The work blends functional design, consulting, and project management to deliver tangible outcomes across finance, operations, and customer-facing functions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor consultants, contributing to a growth-focused, transformation mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy, requirements & selection: define needs, document processes and personas, identify inefficiencies, envision future-state options, understand security best practices, develop evaluation scorecards and dashboards
  • Solution functional design: perform business process design within ERP, HCM, CRM contexts to maximize value and agility
  • Consulting: understand client needs, analyze best practices, propose value-driven solutions
  • Program & project management: support and manage implementations, track milestones, budgets, risks, issues, decisions; develop user documentation and training
  • Implementation and support: provide functional support, resolve defects/change requests, configure solutions, support go-lives and post-go-live activities
  • Team leadership and client service: foster positive, collaborative client relationships; guide project workstreams and mentor junior staff
  • Travel: up to 25% as needed
  • Other duties as required

Key requirements

  • Six+ years of business process analysis or ERP/CRM education or experience
  • Four+ years of ERP or CRM product experience
  • Some client-facing consulting experience (preferred)
  • One or more current business applications technology certifications (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM/HCM solutions (e.g., D365, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint (required)
  • Experience with one or more ERP/CRM/HCM software platforms listed in the description
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Business process analysis, design, and process flow skills
