Senior Specialist / Project Manager

BDO Digital seeks a Manager to join the Enterprise Business Applications team, focusing on strategy, selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP, CRM, and HCM systems for clients across finance, manufacturing, sales, and operations. You will guide discovery, requirements, process documentation, and functional design, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver business value and agility. You’ll support program management and post‑go live activities, shaping client solutions and roadmaps. The role offers impact through transformation of client operations and ongoing client service excellence in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Participate in defining needs for existing and new EBA solutions and document current applications and processes
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities, and sketch future state options with client-facing scoring
Design functional solutions for ERP, HCM, CRM contexts to maximize business value
Provide consulting on client needs and value-driven solutions
Support and manage aspects of EBA implementations, including milestones, budgets, risks, and issues
Develop user documentation, training, and help desk support
Configure solutions and support during and after implementations
Foster a positive, client-service mindset and travel up to 25% as needed

Key requirements

Six (6) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems or six+ years business process analysis and/or business application education
Four (4) or more years of experience with ERP or CRM product
One or more current business applications technology certifications (preferred)
Experience with ERP/CRM/HCM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and client‑facing skills
Proven ability to manage or influence project workstreams and deliverables
