In this role you drive CX-focused engagements within large-scale digital transformations for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. You will work with embedded account teams, providing leadership and hands-on guidance to deliver customer experiences that align with business strategy. You lead workshops, shape recommendations, and manage project delivery to ensure profitable outcomes. This position offers autonomy in a fast-growing global firm and aims to elevate CX capabilities across client organizations. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to create impactful, actionable solutions that scale.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deliver CX consulting engagements
- Provide CRM and analytics technology expertise
- Lead design thinking and solutioning workshops
- Develop recommendations and proposals
- Manage project delivery and outcomes
- Engage with diverse client and internal stakeholders
- Balance on-site and off-site work
- Lead mid-sized sales efforts and support larger opportunities
- Directly supervise project teams and coach consultants
Key requirements
- 8+ years in CRM and/or CX strategy design and implementation/delivery
- 8+ years in consulting or a digital agency
- Excellent written, visual (PPT) and oral communication
- Familiarity with AI technologies
- Familiarity with CRM/Analytics platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.)
- Ability to lead client discussions
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA is highly desirable
- Fluency in English; other languages desirable
- Willingness to travel 50–75%
