Senior Specialist / Project Manager
Experteer Overview
In this role you lead CX strategy projects for major clients, translating insights into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate across teams to ideate, validate, and implement CX improvements in Sales, Marketing, Service and Commerce. You drive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and value-focused analyses that connect customer experience to business results. You thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, learning on the job and delivering measurable impact while supporting business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams and manage client-facing deliverables
- Conduct CX analysis, discovery, value analysis, and recommendations
- Document and optimize CX-related business processes
- Manage engagements: track issues, risks, status, and timelines
- Design and facilitate consulting workshops
- Interview clients' customers and stakeholders to identify personas and pain points
- Coach junior team members
- Interact with clients and lead client face-offs
- Support business development through opportunity identification and proposals
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in person or remotely
- Work on-site and off-site
- Learn new CX tools and help customers adopt them
- Support the technical team with functional understanding and feature validation during active assignments
Key requirements
- Passion for creating great customer experiences
- Understanding of customer-facing processes and related tools
- Knowledge of CX methodologies including journey mapping and persona design
- Knowledge of traditional management consulting techniques (vision documents, roadmaps, value cases)
- Knowledge of CX platforms in at least one area (Sales, Marketing, Service or Commerce)
- Familiar with Design Thinking and Agile
- Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
- 3-6 years in consulting or relevant agency/business software consulting with at least 2 years in CX
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- BS/MS with excellent academic record; MBA in Marketing/Sales desired
- Self-directed and able to excel in fast-paced, remote work environments
