In this role you will liaise with internal and client IT teams to understand business needs and shape solutions. You join the Development team to support a major client on site in Brussels, contributing to documentation, process modelling and risk analysis. You will bridge business and IT, facilitating meetings and ensuring alignment with project goals. This is a hands-on, client-facing position in a multinational, multilingual environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems
- Create and maintain documentation of requirements and solutions
- Provide input for the software development process
- Model business processes
- Manage and track requirements/needs
- Perform risk analysis
Key requirements
- University degree in IT with 13 years of IT experience
- Excellent stakeholder management in large projects
- Experience negotiating with business and IT actors
- Experience in business administration or public relations, customer relation and stakeholder management
- Experience preparing materials for meetings with committees/clients
- Experience facilitating meetings and handling communications
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes in large organizations
- Ability to deliver business and technical presentations
- Excellent command of English
