Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead and coordinate customer-focused quality improvement initiatives. You will apply structured problem-solving methods, drive 8D processes, and manage follow-up actions and meetings. You will train teams, monitor key quality KPIs, and feed lessons learned into FMEA and change management. You will perform reliability analyses to anticipate field issues and work closely with cross-functional teams to protect product quality and customer satisfaction. The position is based in Bulle, within a family-owned business that values ideas and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze claims and manage problem-solving projects using quality methods (Shainin, 5 WHY, 8D)
  • Coordinate Quality Rooms, animate 8D meetings, and challenge root-cause analyses
  • Provide regular feedback to management and escalate serious complaints
  • Organize and deliver training on problem-solving methodologies and promote knowledge sharing
  • Track Customer Quality KPIs in a dashboard and report findings
  • Lead customer meetings and visits and manage communication with customers
  • Monitor non-recurrence and capture lessons learned for FMEA, design rules and change management
  • Conduct reliability and statistical analyses (e.g., Weibull) to predict future field issues

Key requirements

  • Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
  • 5+ years in technical and quality fields, including 3 years in customer quality and continuous improvement
  • Completed quality-specific training (8D, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, SHAININ, ISO 9001, etc.)
  • Proficient in French (C2) and English (C1); German is a plus (B1)
