Experteer Overview

As a leader in the Munich EU Design Center, you guide a team shaping embedded nonvolatile memory technologies and IP. You’ll define design workflows, review engineering work, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet performance and reliability targets. You’ll translate silicon data into robust solutions while supporting key customers. This role puts you at the forefront of MRAM/RRAM-focused memory design, with a clear impact on cutting-edge products and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Define design specs, schemes, workflows, checklists, and floorplan guidelines
Identify critical memory paths to optimize performance
Lead design reviews across circuit/RTL, simulations, layout, and silicon measurements
Analyze silicon data and troubleshoot issues
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on tech specs, characterization, and reliability methods
Provide technical support to customers

Key requirements

Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years in circuit/logic design for non-volatile memory tech (e.g., flash, RRAM, MRAM, PCRAM)
5+ years in a technical leadership role
Proficiency with EDA tools and design methodologies for NV memory
