In this role, you will strengthen the Group Accounting & Treasury function from Rankweil, Austria. You will advance credit management processes, reporting, and interdepartmental collaboration while leveraging ERP systems to drive accuracy and efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to internationalizing credit management practices. This position offers impact across accounts receivable, dunning, and policy monitoring in a globally oriented automotive environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and improve credit management processes and reporting
- Internationalize credit management practices
- Assess credit risks and derive actionable measures
- Coordinate with credit insurance providers
- Ensure compliance with the credit management policy
- Provide training for employees in Austria and abroad
- Optimize collaboration at interfaces with sales and logistics
- Monitor the dunning process
- Oversee reporting in accounts receivable
- Define process objectives with management and drive projects to implementation
Key requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical, process-oriented, and independent working style
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- High IT affinity and comfort with ERP systems
- SAP knowledge advantageous
- BW experience advantageous
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Travel readiness
