As Delivery Lead for Quality Engineering & Automation you will shape the QE strategy across Field Productivity platforms, embedding automation, AI, and modern testing across the software lifecycle. You will lead a QE and automation team to scale practices, partner with delivery, engineering, and platform squads, and drive quality from ideation to release. This role combines hands-on SDET expertise with strategic leadership to accelerate reliable, secure product delivery at scale. You will contribute to a culture of proactive quality and measurable improvements in release stability and test coverage.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the quality engineering strategy across all Field Productivity platforms
Scale automation-first practices across testing, validation, performance measurement, and test data management
Apply GenAI, AI-driven testing, and intelligent automation to accelerate test coverage and defect prediction
Integrate quality controls within CI/CD pipelines to support secure, reliable releases
Advance API and microservices testing, performance/load testing, and security testing
Introduce shift-right practices, including observability, synthetic monitoring, and production-quality validation
Establish and monitor QE metrics: test coverage, regression rates, release stability, defect trends, and performance benchmarks

Key requirements

15+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or related leadership roles
Strong background as an SDET with hands-on automation frameworks and QE practices
Deep experience with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance
Experience in test data management and related tools in complex ecosystems
Designing innovative testing strategies in a product-aligned operating model (shift-left/shift-right)
Expertise in cloud and hyperscaler platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for QA pipelines and observability
Experience applying AI-enhanced testing (GenAI for test generation, defect prediction, or data validation)
Proven ability to lead QA transformation in agile, fast-paced enterprise environments
Experience managing and scaling teams across locations and time zones
Preferred certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester, ISTQB Certified Tester – AI Testing (CT-AI)
