Senior Specialist / Project Manager
Experteer Overview
As Corporate Real Estate Manager, you will oversee a multi-state real estate portfolio supporting BrightSpring’s healthcare services. You’ll report to the Director of Property Management and work within the Corporate Real Estate Department to optimize leases, site selections, and property investments. You’ll partner with Finance, Legal, and Risk to align real estate with strategic goals and capital programs. This role offers impact by shaping the company’s physical footprint across states and property types.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track leases across a multi-state region, coordinating renewals, relocations, splits, and new locations
- Negotiate lease terms, language, and rent conditions to optimize cost and risk
- Support business operations in site selection and real estate decision-making
- Oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, including buying and selling real estate
- Develop and coordinate real estate-related capital expenditures and procurement of Furniture Fixtures and Equipment
- Utilize lease administration system for data maintenance, reporting, and lease management
- Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Legal on real estate matters
- Assist in construction management directly or via landlords, agents, or consultants
- Manage remodel/renovation projects and development of new properties
- Coordinate office moves and oversee vacating inspections
- Serve as escalation point for landlord disputes
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Five+ years in corporate/commercial/industrial real estate management
- Two+ years in lease negotiation, real estate administration, project coordination, and tenant improvements
- Experience with multi-state real estate operations preferred
- Current real estate license in good standing preferred
