Senior Specialist / Project Manager
Experteer Overview
In this role you will enable executive-level decision-making by driving accurate forecasting and consolidations. You will partner with finance and accounting to own planning cycles, analyze performance, and support the CFO with data-driven insights. The position sits in a lean Corporate Finance team that tackles high-impact strategic projects. You’ll help automate recurring processes and improve reporting to influence business outcomes at scale. This is an opportunity to shape Notion’s financial planning in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
- Own financial consolidations and lead forecasts, annual and long-range planning, and related reporting
- Drive Budget vs Actual analyses and improve forecast precision through data-driven models
- Support monthly close and forecast processes, distill trends, and highlight risks and opportunities
- Prepare monthly & quarterly management reporting, dashboards, and Board materials
- Strengthen operational infrastructure with process improvements and automation to reduce manual work
- Tackle evolving priorities with ad hoc analyses and cross-functional collaboration
Key requirements
- 1-7 years experience in Corporate FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance in technology
- Experience with financial modeling, consolidations, P&L management, forecasting, Budget vs Actuals, planning
- Positive attitude with quick learning ability; team-oriented and growth-minded
- Strong problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset
- Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and initiative
