Responsibilities

Lead and develop Controllers and AR teams; build scalable structures and succession plans
Oversee consolidated financial reporting (GAAP) and maintain internal controls, including audits
Ensure tax, regulatory, and fiduciary compliance (Medicaid, state filings, consumer financial oversight)
Drive AR operations with Medicaid/manged-care focus, cash forecasting, continuous improvement
Lead Workday ERP implementation design, testing, data conversion, standardization, and adoption
Oversee acquisition integrations: opening balance sheets, policy alignment, system onboarding, scalable controls

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years in progressive accounting/finance experience
5+ years in a leadership role with team and process responsibility
Strong GAAP knowledge, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
Advanced Microsoft 365 & Excel; proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Sage, Peachtree, Workday or similar
