Responsibilities

Lead multiple Cornerstone engagements (new implementations and upgrades) including scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risk management
Serve as the primary client relationship lead with senior stakeholders across HR, L&D, and IT
Lead design, configuration, and delivery for Cornerstone LMS, LXP, and skills solutions through workshops and reviews
Manage and develop teams of analysts, consultants, and managers through coaching and performance oversight
Support practice growth through business development, proposals, go-to-market activities, and thought leadership in learning technology and AI-enabled transformation

Key requirements

8+ years of Cornerstone or equivalent enterprise LMS implementations
8+ years of delivery and implementation of at least one Cornerstone module
4+ years of client relationship management with senior stakeholders (Director level and above)
5+ years of program management overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to travel 0–50%
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
