Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hospital operations and implement CEO/Corporate strategy to align local execution with corporate goals
  • Direct quality operations to maximize ROI and hospital reputation
  • Drive revenue growth, manage margins, and implement cost controls in staffing, supplies, and services
  • Develop and deliver quality programs to ensure high standards of care and service
  • Manage and develop employees: set direction, coach, provide feedback, and build commitment

Key requirements

  • Five years of hospital experience with at least two to three years in a senior management role
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business, Health Administration or related field
  • Organizational and multitasking capabilities across diverse departments
  • Strong communication to motivate and coordinate with staff and vendors
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting and financial implications of decisions
