Controller

In this hands-on Controller role, you will be the senior in-house finance and accounting leader for a private real estate investment and asset management firm, overseeing day-to-day financials, accounting controls, payroll and HR administration, and compliance coordination. You will partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to strengthen financial processes and internal controls, while coordinating with external accountants and payroll providers. This position focuses on portfolio-level operations, financial accuracy, and scalable processes in a distressed debt/structured real estate context. You’ll shape the finance function to support growth and prudent asset management, delivering a
