In this role you will lead Crocs and HEYDUDE’s consumer insights to steer strategy, product, and marketing. You’ll build a global insights ecosystem, turning segmentation and behavioral data into actionable guidance. You’ll create dashboards and tools that drive adoption and measurable impact, while partnering across marketing, product, and commercial teams. You’ll stay ahead of trends and ensure high-quality methods, using modern and AI-enabled tools. You’ll be the central partner for insights, enabling campaigns, product innovation, and go-to-market decisions.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global consumer and brand insights ecosystem (brand tracking, segmentation, behavior analysis) to inform strategy and decisions
- Translate consumer needs, motivations, barriers, and drivers into practical actions that move the business forward
- Design dashboards, reporting, and insight tools to drive adoption, clarity, and impact across teams
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across segments, brand health, and competitive dynamics, and translate into strategic recommendations
- Partner with marketing, product, and commercial teams to embed insights into planning and execution
- Lead external research partners and platforms, ensuring robust methodologies and high data quality, with AI-enabled tool usage
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in how insights are captured, analyzed, and activated
- Serve as the central point of contact for consumer and brand insights, supporting campaign measurement, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy
Key requirements
- Five (5)+ years of market research experience with a focus on brand health tracking, preferably in retail/consumer products/footwear
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decisions
- Deep experience with consumer research (surveys, segmentation, analytics) and applying the right approach
- Comfort with modern insights/visualization tools, including AI-enabled platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Self-starter with bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong storyteller and collaborator who influences senior leaders
