In this role you will drive Single-Sign-On (SSO) implementation efforts for Deloitte’s clients within the Tax Transformation Office. You will bridge internal teams and clients to maintain clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll gain deep expertise in SSO execution while contributing to a high-performing, detail-oriented team. The role supports delivering efficient tax services by improving delivery processes and enabling client service outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communications between the SSO team, Deloitte stakeholders, and external clients; ensure alignment on progress, timelines, and next steps
  • Track updates and maintain organized records across active SSO implementations; flag risks or delays
  • Execute core SSO tasks including ticket submission, documentation, and organized working processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks supporting the SSO process (scheduling, file organization, team coordination)
  • Draft and distribute professional communications tailored to audiences
  • Maintain awareness of open items, deadlines, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed
  • Demonstrate reliability and client-service mindset in interactions and representations
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing streamlining ideas
  • Collaborate with team members across levels to foster a positive, productive environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key requirements

  • Hybrid work model with in-person presence required 2–3 days per week for US Tax professionals
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or another relevant discipline
  • 1+ year experience in a technology environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Travel up to 10% on average
  • Active accreditation option: CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent or various certifications (list provided in ad)
