In this role, you support client engagements across strategic, operational, financial and capital needs, helping companies navigate transitions and drive performance. You’ll work on multi-disciplinary teams to build models, assess operations, and develop actionable improvement plans. The work combines due diligence, post-merger integration, and restructuring with hands-on project delivery. Responsibilities

Model financial and operational scenarios
Analyze operations and benchmark metrics
Assess company financials and perform market research
Formulate strategy and develop business plans
Identify upside/downside potential and create improvement plans
Plan carve-outs and integrations
Conduct private equity due diligence
Manage and implement programmes
Prepare client presentations and reports
Attend client and internal meetings with travel
Support junior team members

Key requirements

University degree level (or equivalent)
Demonstrable consulting experience
Experience delivering results across functions in areas such as performance improvement, operations, financial modelling, business planning, and transactions
Industry experience in consumer goods, retail, pharma, logistics, travel/leisure
Programme management and strategy experience

Strong verbal communication and adaptability Excellent relationship-building and teamwork in diverse groups Strong organizational and planning abilities Excel-based analytic and modelling skills P&L, cash flow and balance sheet knowledge PowerPoint document production for senior audiences
