In this role, you help clients navigate strategic, operational, and financial challenges through transformation initiatives. You will work on cross-functional engagements within a focused team, delivering analysis, strategy, and implementable plans that drive performance. You will engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to business development, and support high-impact projects across due diligence, post-merger integration, and restructuring. Responsibilities
- Model financial and operational scenarios
- Analyse operations (e.g., OEE, FTE benchmarking)
- Assess company financials
- Research markets
- Formulate strategy
- Develop business plans
- Identify upside/downside potential
- Create implementable improvement plans
- Plan carve-outs and integrations
- Conduct private equity due diligence
- Manage and implement programmes
- Prepare client reports and presentations
- Attend client/internal meetings and travel
- Support junior team members
Key requirements
- University degree level (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable consulting experience
- Project experience in high-paced environments focused on rapid results
- Experience across multiple functions: performance improvement, operations, financial modelling, business plan development, implementation, strategy, market assessment, transactions
- Industry experience (e.g., consumer goods, retail, pharma, transportation and logistics, travel and leisure)
