In this role, you support Swiss organizations in adopting AI-powered digital transformation, acting as a trusted advisor across strategy, business analysis, and implementation. You work closely with decision-makers and cross-functional teams to bridge business and IT, shaping initiatives from concept through delivery. You contribute to workshops, analyses, and client interactions, while coaching junior colleagues and advancing our consulting offerings. Responsibilities

Support advisory engagements and transformation initiatives
Prepare analyses, presentations, and workshop materials
Facilitate workshops and interact with diverse stakeholders
Deliver workstreams and sub-projects with senior guidance
Collaborate with ELCA experts across tech domains (_architects, UX, data, cloud, cybersecurity)
Coach junior colleagues and foster knowledge sharing
Contribute to client relationship development and ongoing knowledge exchange

Key requirements

2–4 years of professional experience in strategy/management or technology consulting
Strong presentation and workshop support skills
Excellent listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented with growing autonomy and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Natural Sciences (or equivalent)
Experience with cross-functional projects
Multilingual: French and English; German is a strong plus
