Join KPMG Advisory in Rome as part of the Customer & Operations Team to help clients through digital transformation and operating-model redesign. You will govern business process mapping and re-engineering, perform organizational analysis, and lead project and change management to deliver a target operating model. You’ll work on large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients, shaping digital-first customer operating models. Key requirements

Master in Management Engineering
Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent knowledge of English (study/work abroad preferred)
