Responsibilities
- Build and review financial models to support valuation and damages analysis
- Conduct industry, market and company research to inform analytical frameworks
- Perform detailed financial analysis (profitability, cash flow, working capital, EBITDA adjustments)
- Support preparation of expert reports, valuation analyses and due diligence deliverables
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear, structured outputs (presentations, memos, client deliverables)
- Ensure accuracy, robustness and consistency of work
- Collaborate closely with team members and contribute to problem-solving discussions
- Operate in small, high-performing teams with direct exposure to senior experts and clients
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Relevant professional experience in economic consulting, valuation, corporate finance, transaction services, audit or similar analytical roles
- Strong academic track record
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
