Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Prepare and present cases to judges and juries
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
- Manage case files and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strong cases
Key requirements
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of construction defect law, real estate disputes, and insurance bad faith claims
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
