You will lead and mature Amer Sports’ Ethics & Compliance program across North, Central, and South America, embedding compliance into business processes. You’ll partner with Legal, HR, IT, and Finance to drive policy governance, training, data analytics, and regulatory monitoring. Your work helps foster an ethical culture and proactive risk management across diverse regions. This role offers cross-border impact and the opportunity to shape a scalable compliance program in a global sports company.

Responsibilities

Maintain and harmonize the policy framework and codes of conduct across the organization
Oversee Policy on Policies and ensure consistent governance
Lead updates and alignment of compliance policies and guidance documents
Design and deliver bilingual (English/Spanish) training and communications across the Americas
Build role-based training curricula and explore new delivery formats
Own the conflict of interest (COI) program, including disclosures and monitoring
Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance on COI risk and controls
Develop and monitor compliance KPIs/KRIs and build dashboards
Monitor regulatory developments across the Americas and translate into operational guidance
Lead cross-functional risk assessments, third-party due diligence, and remediation planning
Partner with Technology/Data teams to improve monitoring tools and automate workflows
Foster a Speak Up culture and ethics across the region

Key requirements

5+ years of Ethics and Compliance experience with in-house program management or management consulting
Bachelor's degree
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory expectations in the Americas
Experience with policy management, training design, and compliance analytics
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable guidance
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to present to executives
Ability to lead and defend recommendations to leadership
People and change management skills, self-starter with good judgment
