As a Compliance Consultant, you will support client engagements led by Engagement Managers and Principals, shaping project plans and delivering high-quality outcomes. You’ll manage deliverables, timelines, and client-facing activities, while mentoring junior staff and building client relationships. The role covers diverse topics from compliance design and risk assessments to FMV, transparency, and auditing. This position offers cross-functional impact and opportunities to influence how clients meet regulatory and operational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support and lead consulting projects
- Lead clients in workshops and interviews
- Develop project deliverables such as analyses, reports, and SOPs
- Articulate ideas and present findings
- Manage projects and ensure accountability
- Mentor junior staff
- Foster client relationships and identify opportunities
- Contribute to organizational growth
Key requirements
- 2–4 years in strategic management consulting or legal experience; Big 4 or strategy/healthcare law background preferred
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degrees preferred
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget
- Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, organized, self-motivated
- Analytical, quantitative mindset with leadership capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Pharma industry knowledge in compliance/risk management a plus
- EU residency or visa necessary if not an EU citizen
