In this role you will design, build, and optimize compiler components for custom AI hardware accelerators. You’ll work with ML, AI, and hardware teams to enable co-design and deliver real performance gains. You will improve compiler frameworks and map ML workloads efficiently to target accelerators. This position offers hands-on development, benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities
- Design and extend compiler components for custom hardware features
- Develop and optimize compiler frameworks (LLVM, MLIR, GCC)
- Work across traditional language compilers and ML/graph IRs
- Collaborate with ML/AI and hardware teams for co-design
- Analyze ML workloads and map to target hardware
- Contribute via debugging, benchmarking, profiling, and CI ownership
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
- 1–4 years in compiler development or related low-level software
- Hands-on experience with LLVM, MLIR, GCC or similar frameworks
- Strong C/C++ programming skills
- Experience with parallel/accelerator programming models (CUDA, OpenCL, SYCL)
- Familiarity with profiling, debugging, and performance analysis tools
