In this role you drive global compensation and benefits programs, focusing on compliance, employee experience, and operational excellence. You work with internal partners and external vendors to ensure competitive, aligned total rewards. You’ll support LOA processes, benefit administration, and data-driven pay practices in a dynamic environment. This position offers the chance to influence global programs and partner with finance and HR to shape a compelling total rewards strategy.

Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, wellness)
- Partner with third-party vendors and brokers to ensure effective delivery of benefit services
- Serve as primary contact for employees on benefits, compensation, and leave questions
- Manage leave of absence programs (FMLA, state disability, parental leaves) with the leave administrator
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and HR to ensure accurate documentation and timely approvals for leave
- Collaborate with Finance to review and reconcile benefit invoices and vendor billing
- Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to support competitive pay practices
- Analyze compensation data for market alignment and internal equity
- Support rollout and administration of compensation programs
- Assist in annual benefit renewals, open enrollment, and total rewards communications
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Develop and distribute employee communications for total rewards programs
- Maintain data accuracy across HR systems (Workday), benefits portals, and internal records
- Provide day-to-day support for inquiries related to benefits, leave, and compensation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
- BA/BS in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of benefits practices, leave management, and compensation analysis
Strong written and verbal communicationAttention to detail and high organizationProblem-solving and critical thinkingExperience with benefits administration and compensation analysisExperience using Workday HCM for benefits and compensation transactions (end-user or HR admin level)Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action
