Responsibilities

Analyze, support, and administer compensation programs (base pay, short/long-term incentives, spot bonuses, commission plans, equity)
Develop and maintain pay structures, salary grades, guidelines, and budgeting frameworks
Communicate compensation programs to stakeholders and contribute to program evaluation and enhancement
Partner with leaders and HR to provide guidance on compensation decisions and ensure policy alignment
Participate in market analyses, surveys, and benchmarking; translate data into actionable recommendations
Evaluate positions to support job leveling and compensation alignment; update job descriptions and job architecture framework

Key requirements

4-7 years of related compensation, HR, or analytical experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience analyzing compensation data and translating insights into recommendations
Knowledge of compensation programs, practices, and market trends
Ability to evaluate jobs and support job architecture frameworks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to balance detail-oriented work with broader strategic objectives
