As a Community Solutions Specialist, you represent Verizon inside apartment communities, building and managing partnerships with property managers and leasing teams. You drive Verizon Home Internet, 5G Home, Mobile, and Perks adoption through on-site events and targeted outreach. You act as the face of Verizon Enhanced Communities, delivering tailored solutions and resolving resident questions, while shaping leasing differentiation and community satisfaction. Responsibilities

Visit and manage a portfolio of MDU properties to meet/exceed sales quotas
Build trusted relationships with property managers, leasing agents, and HOA boards
Prospect daily for new property partnerships via cold outreach and referrals
Develop and present partnership proposals highlighting Verizon as a leasing differentiator
Host resident events (move-in days, pool parties, coffee mornings)
Sign up residents for Fios, 5G Home, Mobile, and Perks at move-in
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations aligned to resident needs
Own resident issues end-to-end including billing, installs, and service questions
Track activity, pipeline, and penetration in CRM
Coordinate with internal Victra teams and Verizon Enhanced Communities partners
Stay informed about current Verizon promotions and product launches

Key requirements

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's a plus
2+ years in sales, leasing, hospitality, or relationship management
Demonstrated self-direction without daily supervision
Resilience to rejection and patience for relationship-building cycles
Willingness to host events and approach strangers
Valid driver's license, clean MVR, reliable transportation
Ability to pass property background and badging requirements
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus in select markets
