In this role you coordinate and implement community-based programs that promote child health, safety, and well-being. You will collaborate with schools, healthcare, and government partners to deliver integrated services and advocate for families. You’ll lead planning, delivery, and evaluation to drive quality improvements and positive outcomes. The role offers meaningful impact by shaping community programs and resources to support vulnerable children 0–3 and their families.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of family safety and child development initiatives
- Build and maintain cross-sector partnerships to support integrated services
- Develop and deliver educational content for families, professionals, and community stakeholders
- Assess community needs, monitor outcomes, and contribute to quality improvement via data collection and reporting
- Support resource identification and administrative tasks to implement programs
- Engage in advocacy to improve outcomes for children and families
- Coordinate and implement Safe Babies-related community-based activities
- Contribute to strategy development and continuous program improvement
Key requirements
- Five years of relevant work experience
- Program administration and project management experience
- Experience in advocacy or community-based initiatives
- Bachelor in Child Development, Social Work, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
