Commercial Training Manager Austria & Switzerland (m/f/d)

In this role you will develop and implement the training strategy for Abbott Diabetes Care in Austria and Switzerland, shaping curricula and delivery methods for a cross-country commercial team. You will align training with regional leadership and EM E A, identify learning needs, and deliver engaging sessions both virtually and in person. You’ll drive knowledge checks and feedback loops to continuously improve training impact. This is an opportunity to enable cross-functional teams, scale training across Europe, and contribute to diabetes care outcomes.
