Responsibilities

Lead regional commercial activities and develop a team of 5–7 Quantity Surveyors
Oversee 5–6 projects up to £5m, ensuring commercial performance and governance

Key requirements

Experience as Commercial Manager
Background in facade works or external refurbishment preferred
Regional remit (North or South Thames) and willingness to travel between sites
Remote/field-based work arrangement
