Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth-oriented commercial strategies to strengthen market position
Conduct market analyses to identify trends and opportunities
Expand product and service offerings through new development or enhancements
Acquire and maintain customer relationships
Oversee marketing campaigns and related initiatives
Report progress and results to management
Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team
Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets
Negotiate contracts with customers and partners

5+ years in a commercial role, preferably maritime/Heavy Offshore
Fluent in Dutch and English (Spanish optional)
