In this role, you drive the Italian subsidiary’s next growth phase within a global mobility organization. You shape the 3–5 year strategic direction and lead the execution of commercial and operational plans to improve profitability, market position, and sustainable growth. You work closely with the President/CEO and HQ to ensure alignment and accountability, while fostering a leadership culture grounded in transparency and talent development. The opportunity combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership across a multifunctional team, offering meaningful impact on the company’s expansion in Italy.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the growth trajectory of the Italian subsidiary and participate in a structured succession plan
Define and execute the 3–5 year strategic direction and operational/commercial strategy
Drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market positioning
Promote accountability, transparency, and people development across a multifunctional organization
Collaborate with the President/CEO and HQ to align local and global objectives
Lead cross-functional coordination to implement strategic initiatives
Foster leadership and人才 development within the team
Navigate relationships between international HQ and local operations

Key requirements

Senior leadership experience in mobility-related industries (e.g., automotive, truck/commercial vehicles, tier 1 suppliers, aftermarket, or B2B services)
Proven track record in growth, market expansion, and organizational development
Strong strategic and commercial acumen within international organizations
Leadership style that blends performance orientation with talent development
Strategic, analytical, and data-driven decision-making能力
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Extensive experience collaborating with HQ and local organizations
Fluency in Italian and English
