In this role you own the full Dutch sales cycle for Dynatrace, from prospecting to closing, aligning customers with Dynatrace’s value. You’ll develop and execute a territory GTM plan, build relationships across IT and business lines, and map solutions to customer pains. You drive discovery, demonstrations, and evaluations while leveraging internal teams to prove value in a SaaS context. You manage a pipeline in SFDC toward quota attainment and work with cross-functional resources to grow Dynatrace’s footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for Dutch territory, including lead development, discovery, demonstrations, and closing
  • Develop and execute a territory GTM plan and campaigns to generate pipeline
  • Prospect new accounts via phone, social media, and email; build relationships with IT and LOB stakeholders
  • Extend Dynatrace footprint with existing customers and expand business
  • Qualify customer needs, map Dynatrace solutions, and prove value of SaaS offerings
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline in SFDC and work toward quota overachievement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conduct discovery and accelerate the sales process

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years of full sales cycle experience in SaaS/cloud or container space
  • Excellent consultative sales skills
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Ability to develop and execute Account Plans and drive overachievement
  • Self-starter, motivated, and high-performing
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator (preferred)
  • MEDDIC experience (preferred)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience (preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
