In this strategic Clinical Development role, you will contribute nephrology clinical and scientific expertise to late-stage trials and real-world evidence efforts. You will collaborate with Medical, Regulatory and Safety teams to shape study design, regulatory input, and decision-making. The position offers broad visibility across an innovative rare-disease portfolio within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will influence strategy and execution from a remote Germany base, supported by a strong line manager.

Responsibilities
- Apply clinical and scientific expertise to design, conduct, and report nephrology-focused clinical studies
- Support real-world evidence generation, including study design and execution
- Serve as clinical expert within cross-functional teams with Medical, Regulatory and Drug Safety
- Provide strategic input into regulatory interactions, submissions, and reimbursement activities
- Represent clinical development perspectives to enable high-quality decision-making across the programme
Key requirements
- Medical degree with specialty in Nephrology (ideally)
- Proven experience in late-stage clinical development in nephrology, including real-world evidence
- Strong scientific credibility with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with broad responsibility
- Clear, confident communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English
