Clinical Research Manager

In this role you lead the clinical research team to ensure studies run on time and in compliance with standards. You collaborate closely with the Director of Research and principal investigators to supervise staff and manage study activities. You drive enrollment, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across trials, coordinating with sponsors and CROs. You shape study operations through training, monitoring visits, and process improvements that support high-quality outcomes.
