As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will lead behavioral health training within the Addiction Medicine Training Program to expand resident competencies. You’ll develop and deliver curriculum, supervise residents, and provide integrated behavioral health services in the Family Medicine setting. You’ll collaborate with the program leadership to enhance trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and SUD treatment across multiple clinical sites. This role offers mission-driven work with a grant-funded opportunity to improve care for Alaska’s underserved populations.

Responsibilities
- Curriculum development and delivery for resident training
- Clinical supervision of Family Medicine residents
- Provide integrated behavioral health services and psychotherapy to PFMC patients
- Offer real-time feedback and resident evaluations across clinical settings
- Collaborate with Program Director, Program Manager, and faculty to expand training in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, SUD treatment, and suicidality management
Key requirements
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Experience with DSM-5/ICD-10 assessment and diagnosis
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction strategies
