In this role you support the brokerage unit within a regional bank in Miami, focusing on delivering outstanding client service across administrative tasks, account management, and trade support. You collaborate with Financial Advisors to maintain a smooth client experience within the wealth management framework. You’ll handle documentation, reporting, and compliance support, contributing to the growth and integrity of the revamped brokerage business. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with opportunities to shape service delivery.

Responsibilities

Account management: open accounts, asset transfers, document handling, and client records maintenance
Trade execution: process stock, bond, and option trades with accuracy
Client communication: respond to inquiries, address concerns, provide updates
Client reporting: prepare account statements and performance reports
Compliance support: ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence
Meeting preparation: assist advisors with data gathering and presentations
Relationship building: deliver proactive, personalized service to clients and advisors

Key requirements

Series 7 license required
additional licenses are a plus
strong customer service and relationship-building skills
knowledge of financial markets and investment products
proficiency in financial software and CRM systems
excellent communication and attention to detail
ability to work accurately under pressure
