Responsibilities
- Strategic client leadership and growth across flagship accounts
- End-to-end new business leadership from qualification to final presentation and negotiation
- Partner with Commercial Finance to manage budgets, profitability, and resource optimization
- Line-manage and develop a high-performing client leadership team, fostering inclusive culture and best practices
Key requirements
- 8+ years of senior client leadership experience with complex B2B/B2C clients
- Commercial acumen in contract negotiations, budget forecasting, and organic account growth
- Proven success in leading pitches and converting prospects
- Inspirational people leadership with experience mentoring teams and setting performance standards
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Strategy, and Operations leads
