In this role you will audit the bank's technology and security controls and lead engagements to assess internal controls. You will partner with line management to remediate weaknesses and advance robust IT processes. You will document findings and support the annual IT audit plan, while monitoring data protection and cybersecurity developments. You will also deliver training and contribute to risk awareness and governance initiatives, shaping secure technology practices in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

Audit technology and security controls within the banking group
Lead audit engagements, identify IT process weaknesses and test key controls
Advise management as a trusted partner to remediate findings
Document findings in high-quality audit reports for Head of Internal Audit
Support annual audit plan management and promote automated risk monitoring
Monitor data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory developments
Organize and deliver security awareness training and workshops
Research emerging technologies and provide implementation recommendations

Key requirements

CISA certification mandator
Professional banking IT audit, IT risk management, information security or cyber risk experience
Project management experience and strong interpersonal skills
German and English proficiency
Willingness to travel occasionally
Proficiency with IT and MS Office, especially Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
