Responsibilities

Direct a global procurement team (direct and matrixed) to achieve organizational goals
Plan for future procurement needs and align with Chubb’s business strategy
Develop a global procurement governance model clarifying roles at global, regional, and local levels
Communicate procurement programs and processes to employees and stakeholders
Provide leadership with analyses and recommendations to optimize ROI, and conduct external benchmarking
Build alliances with Chubb leadership and advise on policy interpretation and guidance

Key requirements

15+ years of professional procurement experience
Proven track record leading a global procurement function in a large company
Strong knowledge of procurement policies, laws, and regulations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Deep knowledge of industry and global trends
Experience in a Fortune 500 company; financial services background desirable
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Master’s preferred
