In this role you lead the Broward Health Physician Group’s ambulatory division, driving operational excellence and financial performance to support growth. You collaborate with community leadership to advance county initiatives, ensuring standardized processes and robust controls. You’ll plan, evaluate, and implement ambulatory services to meet goals and maintain viability and efficiency. This leadership position shapes how the division scales and delivers quality care across multi-physician practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for the Broward Health Physician Group and its ambulatory services
- Drive financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to support growth goals
- Establish and monitor organizational controls, procedures, and reporting
- Coordinate with community leadership to align with county initiatives
- Plan and evaluate operations across ambulatory components to achieve objectives
- Ensure standardization across the division and effective personnel management
Key requirements
- Seven or more years of related experience
- Significant multi-physician practice management experience at AVP level or higher
- Master's degree required
