In this role you will scale a founder-led organization into a predictable, operation-first enterprise. You will own the strategic execution, elevate cross-functional collaboration, and operationalize the AI/SaaS division to support an eventual exit. You’ll build playbooks, dashboards, and KPI-driven processes that improve margins and forecasting, while developing leadership across Sales, Marketing, AI/Product, and Events. The position offers influence on culture, governance, and readiness for private equity or strategic buyers. This is a hands-on partnership with the founder to transform the business into an investable, high-margin machine.

Responsibilities

Translate visionary concepts into resourced, executable roadmaps
Lead and develop the second layer of management (Heads of Sales, Marketing, AI/Product, Events)
Operationalize the AI division and optimize SaaS metrics (MRR, Churn, LTV, CAC)
Build playbooks, SOPs, and dashboards to drive predictability
Improve margins and forecasting in partnership with finance
Implement documentation and reporting standards for institutional readiness

Key requirements

Scale-Up veteran with $10M–$30M revenue experience
Managed teams of 30–100+ people
Hybrid experience across Media, Education, and SaaS
Track record of working with visionary founders as the execution partner
Ability to build systems that reduce manual management
Strong operational diagnostic and leadership cadence capabilities

Strong leadership and people development Cross-functional collaboration Decision-making under pressure MRR, Churn, LTV, CAC metrics tracking SOPs and process documentation Dashboards and KPI reporting
