As CIO, Funds and Portfolios you drive oversight and leadership for tactical investment processes across proprietary and non-proprietary products. You will guide quantitative models, macro analysis, and portfolio development while engaging with clients and senior teams to shape strategy. You’ll lead a growing investment group, mentor staff, and contribute to firm-wide growth through product development and due diligences. This role offers impact across portfolios, research, and client-facing communications in a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee tactical aspects of proprietary and non-proprietary funds and portfolios
Direct stock and ETF selections for tactical strategies
Develop and review quantitative models and TAM and growth/value decisions
Analyze macroeconomic factors and their portfolio impact
Lead client communications and produce performance and market analysis reports
Interface with Advisor Consulting and Wealth Management teams on market updates
Lead and develop tactical investment team members and related portfolios
Participate in executive and board activities and strategic initiatives

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or other technical field
15+ years of multi-asset class investment experience
Senior leadership and people management experience
Strong knowledge of portfolio management software (e.g., Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ) and risk models
Excellent presentation and communication skills
CFA, CMT, or MBA or equivalent advanced designation preferred
