Responsibilities

Develop and oversee enterprise information security strategy and architecture for a cloud-native (AWS/GCP) environment
Lead regulatory and compliance management across ISO/IEC 27001, PSD2, GDPR, DORA with CSSF oversight and drive ISMS/certification programs
Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risk balancing protection with business agility
Mature security operations (SOC, threat detection) and lead incident response, business continuity, and cyber resilience plans
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary security team and foster a company-wide security awareness culture through training and phishing simulations

Key requirements

8+ years in senior information security leadership roles (CISO, VP of Security) in tech, scale-up, or regulated financial environments
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001) and financial service regulations (DORA, PSD2) in CSSF contexts
Proven ability to balance high-standard security with business growth and speed
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA (or equivalent)
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management with ability to translate security into business priorities
Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
