As Chief Financial Officer, you will partner with the CEO and COO to bring financial clarity and discipline across a multi-entity, multi-currency organization. You’ll own the monthly close, reporting, and audit processes while guiding treasury, forecasting, and profitability analysis to support strategic decisions. The role blends hands-on accounting leadership with system evolution and process improvements, all within a culture that values people-first collaboration. Responsibilities

Lead accounting, financial reporting, and close processes across multiple entities and currencies
Maintain balance-sheet integrity and timely reconciliations for cash, A/R, A/P, payroll, and intercompany accounts
Oversee treasury management, cash forecasting, and liquidity planning; manage banking relationships
Develop and enhance integrated financial forecasting, activity-based costing, margin analysis, and variance analysis
Provide profitability analysis at client and campaign levels to inform pricing and staffing
Support evolution of financial systems, including transition from QuickBooks to a new ERP
Lead and develop accounting and finance teams; set performance expectations
Improve accounting processes and internal controls; identify gaps and inefficiencies
Own the annual audit process and support lender reporting requirements

Key requirements

15+ years of experience in senior finance roles, CFO in a service business preferred
Senior-level accounting experience in a complex, multi-entity environment; international experience a plus
Hands-on ownership of monthly close, balance sheet management, and audits
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS familiarity a plus
Excellent treasury/cash management track record
Proven ability to lead and develop accounting/finance teams
Experience interacting with auditors and lenders
History of strengthening financial processes and reporting infrastructure
